The Step Up, Save & Live Happy Rebate Program (the “Program”) begins Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on the earlier of Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM EST or when rebates totaling Twenty-Five Dollars ($25,,000) have been issued by Sponsor (“Rebate Period”). Participation in the Program is limited to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older.
To receive a rebate of $5.00, participants must purchase two or more Qualifying Products with a purchase value totaling $15.00 or more in one transaction, after all other discounts and coupons are applied, during the Rebate Period. To receive a rebate of $10.00, participants must purchase two or more Qualifying Products with a purchase value totaling $30.00 or more in one transaction, after all other discounts and coupons are applied, during the Rebate Period. Sales tax is not included in the purchase price for purposes of calculating purchase value. Participants must register for the Program and upload a valid purchase receipt for the Qualifying Products showing the purchase date, purchase location, products purchased and purchase price at www.StepUpAndSave.com. All submissions of receipts must be received by Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM EST to be eligible. Purchase receipt and registration are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Limit of one rebate of $5.00 or $10.00 per household. Purchase receipt must be dated January 28, 2018 – March 18, 2018 to receive a $5.00 rebate if purchase of Qualifying Products in one transaction totals $15 or more or a $10.00 rebate if purchase of Qualifying Product in one transaction totals $30.00 or more. Rebates can be requested as payment (i) by physical check or (ii) via PayPal. No requests from groups, clubs or organizations will be honored. Please allow six to eight weeks from end of Rebate Period for delivery of rebate check. Allow one to two weeks for PayPal deposit. Incomplete submissions will not be honored.
The Program cannot be combined with any other offer or reward. Any attempt to accumulate rebates by means of an automated machine or computer, scripts, software computerized or automated process, or through the use of multiple accounts is expressly prohibited. You must have Internet access and a valid working email address to participate in the Program.
Qualifying Products include: ACT®, Allegra®, Arthritis Hot®, Aspercreme®, CapzasinTM, Cortizone 10®, Flexall®, GOLD BOND®, GOLD BOND® Ultimate, Icy Hot®, Kaopectate®, Nasacort®, Rolaids®, Selsun Blue®, Sportcreme®, Unisom®, Dulcolax®, DuoFusion® and Zantac®. Excludes all travel sizes
The total approximate retail value of all rebates available in the Program is $25,000. In no event will total rebates issued by the Sponsor exceed $25,000 in total value.
Purchase two (2) Qualifying Products (excluding all travel sizes) within one (1) transaction, submit a valid receipt of the qualified purchases, and register for the Program. All submissions of receipts must be received by Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 11:59:59PM EST to be eligible. Before submitting a receipt, participants must highlight the different qualifying products on the receipt with a star or check. Photo of receipt must clearly show the receipt in its entirety. Participants should keep their receipt. Chattem, Inc. reserves the right to require a participant to provide original receipt for verification purposes upon request.

Participants can submit their receipt and register using one of the two (2) methods detailed below:
a) Upload a photo of your receipt at of your receipt at www.StepUpAndSave.com and complete the registration form by entering your true and correct information in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, E-mail Address and Phone Number).
b) Upload a photo of your receipt by texting the keyword “LIVE HAPPY” to 811811 to receive a text message with instructions. Message and data rates may apply. Participant will first receive a text message with opt-out instructions and disclosure for receipt of up to six (6) promotional text messages pertaining to this program only via an automatic telephone dialing system to the number you provided from Snipp Interactive on behalf of Chattem, Inc. Limit of 160 characters per text. Participants will then receive a link to the registration form via text and must completely enter their true and correct information in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, E-mail Address and Phone Number.)
Limit of one rebate of $5.00 or $ $10.00 per household. All receipts received will be reviewed and validated within forty-eight (48) hours. All PayPal rebates will be emailed to the participant’s email address provided on the registration form. Allow one to two weeks for delivery of the PayPal rebate. All physical checks will be sent to the mailing address provided during registration. Allow six to eight weeks for delivery of the physical check following the Rebate Period. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undeliverable rebate checks. Unless expressly prohibited by law payee authorizes reasonable dormancy fee deducted if check not cashed within 180 days. Limited Offer: The Program will be in effect according to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer related malfunction that prevents the participant from accessing entry or receiving a rebate via any form of delivery. In no event will total rebates issued by the Sponsor exceed $40,000 in total value. Limit of one rebate of $5.00 or $10.00 per household.
Receipts obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Receipts cannot be sold, traded, auctioned, or bartered; all of which will be void. Duplicate requests and requests from resellers, dealers/distributors, their employees or warehouse facilities, groups, clubs or organizations will be void. Program is void where taxed, prohibited, or restricted by law. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud rules and regulations. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered, misdirected requests, email, texts, or mail, or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program or in any Program-related materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Program, who are acting in a disruptive manner or who are otherwise not in compliance with these terms, as solely determined by Sponsor will not be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Program.
